I bring 22+ years of social work experience—more than ten of those years dedicated to military members and their families—to every therapeutic relationship in Houston. Grounded in trauma‑informed care and proven clinical methods, I partner with clients to foster resilience, healing, and lasting change. Together we create a safe, culturally sensitive space to rediscover strength and purpose.

What I Offer

I provide trauma‑informed, culturally responsive telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families across Houston, with specialized experience supporting military service members and their loved ones. Services include comprehensive assessments, evidence‑based individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy delivered exclusively via secure video sessions. I also offer case consultation and virtual workshops to support recovery, resilience, and long‑term well‑being.
