With 22+ years of social work experience, including more than a decade supporting military members and their families, I bring a trauma‑informed, culturally responsive approach to therapy in San Antonio. I use evidence‑based clinical methods and experienced leadership to guide treatment, focusing on healing, resilience, and sustainable change. My aim is to create a collaborative, respectful space where clients reclaim strength and purpose.

I provide trauma‑informed, culturally responsive telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout San Antonio, with specialized experience supporting military service members and their loved ones. Services include comprehensive assessments, evidence‑based individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy—delivered exclusively via secure video sessions. I also provide case consultation and virtual workshops to promote recovery, resilience, and long‑term well‑being.
