Irest individual sessions: full refund if cancelled at least 7 days in advance.

Group Irest sessions: full refund if cancelled or rescheduled at least 30 days in advance.

Therapy sessions: governed by Headway’s cancellation and refund policies – see Headway’s website for details.

Refunds are issued at the Operator's discretion and may be accepted or rejected as such.
